Inmate Visiting

Inmates can have three 1/2 hour visits per week 72 HOURS AFTER BEING BOOKED.
Inmates have to fill out a visit card, turn into to Jail Staff, and the information is entered in a computer before visitors can schedule their own visits.

In order to schedule a visit you need to wait for Inmate to contact you to:

Make sure Inmate has placed your name and Oregon Drivers License Number or Oregon ID Card Number (formerly a Social Security Number) on Visit Card

Make sure Inmate has given you his/her Inmate Number
This number can be found on 'Inmates In-custody' List as 'Jail-ID'

**VISITS MUST BE SCHEDULED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE**

When you call the system to schedule a visit, it will ask you for:

Inmate Number - Given to you by inmate or from 'Inmates In-Custody" list

Visitor Number - Number you gave/sent to Inmate (Drivers License, ID Card)

Month - 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, or 12

Day - 01 to 31

Time - 930, 1130, 230, etc; Then it will ask you 'am' or 'pm' (No Military Time)

The Jail is located 4 miles Southeast of Tillamook. Follow Highway 101 South. Turn East on Long Prairie Rd. Go one mile. Jail on the right. Park in front. During Business hours, check in with a clerk at the Sheriff's Window. After hours, use the intercom by the flag pole. If you arrive after your scheduled time you may be denied a visit. Please arrive early and check in. Leave your personal items and cell phone in your vehicle. You have to pass through metal detector (like at airport) in order to visit.

ALL NEW VISITING CARDS BEING ISSUED WILL REQUIRE AN OREGON DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER OR OREGON ID CARD NUMBER.
