| On or about January 6, 2007, persons reported to Law Enfocement about a Rockway woman that was
assaulted and held in a home for four days in December of 2006. Sheriff's Office Deputies investigating the
incident linked all four above suspects to the crime. A Tillamook County Grand Jury heard the case in July 2008 and
indictment warrants were issued for suspects arrest. Three of the Four suspects were arrested with 48 hours.
Darrin Henderson was located in Parker, Arizona, and Extradited. James West was located in Hemet, California, and
Extradited. Jessi Fisher was located in Garibali. The fourth suspect, Ariel West, was located in late August 2008 in
Kingman, Arizona, and Extradited. |
