    Oregon Boating Regulations
Speed limits, motor restrictions and other regulations are in place on all Oregon waterways. It pays to know the regulations before you go - some small lakes are managed for manually powered craft only, and certain rivers allow motorboats only on certain days. Click above for more info.

Image that says Move Over when Emergency Vehicles are on the roadside Move Over - It's the Law
When approaching the rear of a stopped emergency vehicle, Tow Truck*, or Road-side Assistance Vehicle* which is on the roadside with emergency lights activated, Oregon Law requires drivers to move over into another lane if one is available and slow down to five(5) miles per hour under the posted speed limit*.
